New guild hall on test server called Restored Highkeep

Not sure when the GH will  hit the live servers and if it only will be the T3 / T4. There is no outdoor area which is a pitty. The new GH is a copy of an empty Highkeep with extra rooms. /Note for the women: map is needed :P.
