Title: Mysterious character

I found this walpaper but can't find where it comes from, reminds me something but can't put a name on him. Maybe one of you recognise him?
The style reminds me of Kazuya Minekura but it doesn't seem to be from any of his work...

nope thought of him 1rst but that isn't it, his hair are too red, Gojo got pink hairs, plus the style doesn't suit at all, is it just a picture from an artbook and therefore a weird picture of Gojo or from another anime... Gah

Actualy, even tho in the anime the hair is pink/violet (not hairs :p) it's supposed to be red (and in the manga it is) he also has the cigarette...and the style is somehow not that far from what he has sometimes

Edit: Oh and the necklace is the same too...

Yeah, but the hesitation is killing me, posted that question on a huge anime forum as well, hoping to find someone knowing the source of the picture :P
