That was made by Blizzard themselves or by a fan? I'm just curious as some of those graphics and animation is not available in-game :).

It's made by Blizzard.

The group is rumoured ( I haven't really looked into whether it's true or otherwise ) to be Blizzard employees who play as a band at Blizzcon events. They DO play at events but I can't confirm or deny they're Blizzard employees.

The video is just something they made for fans enjoyment and their own fun. You can download the MP3 and a higher rez version of the video from the World of Warcraft main site under downloads.
