[..] green Netherlands cheese.
:o
It looks like coagulated puke.

Despite being from the Netherlands, I'm afraid I have to agree with Arelu. Also, I don't like the taste of pesto! :P
(However, glad you enjoyed it :))

Isn't pesto from italia? I thought that cheese was from there as well, never tried it yet but I enjoy new varieties of cheese :)

Ahh, kitties and dairy produce ::)

Yeah but we use it for the pasta...i've never heard of this cheese....and.....no..thx no..

This rat likes cheese but skips it when it has this colour. <squeek>

I stopped avoiding stuff for their look or for what I expect them to taste after a red wine cheese I tasted. (I HATE red wine)
-
It looks interesting, I'll certainly try it if the opportunity presents itself.
The comment below that cheese worries me though:
Absolutely fabulous! I bought some at Schiphol airport and now I want more. Great melted down in a little olive oil and the 'sauce' poured over pasta. Definite spinach and garlic taste.
Pesto's green colour is from Basil leaves, not spinache..

Rofl!!! I bet that guy didn't know what basil is!!! :2funny:
