Title: Updated ACT plugin - Needed since 2014-09-23 update

Looks like SOE changed the way they log critical hits in the log file, I suspect this for the when they change criticals in the new Expac. This has broken things like ACT.

I came across an updated parse plugin for ACT

It needs to replace the "ACT_English_Parser.cs" file in your ACT plugin folder.

On my PC the plugin folder is in
