Yeh maybe your right Haly its things like this that make me think about just going to another MMO somethimes i think the only reason i still play is more about the people than the game
It looks pretty much like they're looking a WoW and thinking "Why do those guys have 8 million subscribers, and we have 300,000?". So they try and copy what they think will be popular because the lack the inventiveness to come up with original ideas. The problem with this is that EQ2 loses its identity and people think if they're making a WoW clone, why not just play WoW?
I have said for a while that EQ2 is a reat game that's been very badly managed, I stayed for around 6 months longer than I would have due to the guild but in the end I couldn't stand any more of the game.
It's good that they make another raid zone, but what EQ2 needs is some high level group zones, and quickly. For those who don't raid 5-7 nights a week EQ2 is a very barren game.
